Barry Nilsson Health Files
Industry edge. Connected advantage. Issue 02 - December 2011

Welcome to the second edition of Healthfiles.

Thank you to all of you who sent through kind words of support following the release of our first edition in November.  Our aim is to keep this newsletter informative, interesting and at times even a little entertaining.  I encourage people to continue to send comments, contributions and critiques.

In the past month there have been no significant decisions handed down by the Australian courts.  Notwithstanding, and apart from the recent arrest of Hohepa Morehu–Barlow (accused of defrauding Queensland Health of in excess of $16million) there are still many things happening in this dynamic area of the law.

This is our final edition of Healthfiles for 2011.  The Healthfiles team would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.  See you in 2012.
